Cas Walker Cost Cutter was a local legend from the coal country of Appalachia. He had his own discount store chain and was the Mayor of Knoxville. He hosted an early morning TV show that gave Dolly Parton her start in show biz.

Cas Walker was, by all accounts, a colorful character (George Dempster said that "If I ordered a whole carload of [jerks] and they just sent Cas, I'd sign for the shipment.") I've admired this print for a while, and I was thrilled when Kevin opened his shop again. The piece didn't disappoint, it's high quality and looks even better in person than it does in photos.
