Now here is a little bit about our story and the production process:)

The design of the original Pilot Document Holder came to my mind back in 2014 when I just started my aviation journey. I was surprised that there weren't any good passport wallets or document holders to properly store all the required documents that a pilot must have on every flight. So I went ahead and purchased 2 different passport wallets and cut one flap from one of them to glue it to the other wallet. That flap held my FAA Medical certificate yet it still had to be folded.

After some time my original document holder started falling apart so I decided to visit a craft store to purchase some supplies. I had a bit of experience with sewing and a professional sewing machine back home so I accepted the challenge. It took me a few tries but after a couple of days the Pilot Document Holder v1 was created. It has kept the same design ever since.

All of the Pilot Document Holders you buy from Flevel are 100% handmade. While I still make a small amount of them, I do use a production partner for assistance in volume, leather supplies, etc.my production partner is listed on the listing and is located in Guangzhou.

Every document holder receives a quality check before it is shipped out. Most of the time I will be the one conducting it:) Unfortunately flaws to sometimes appear after time, I personally test every model of the document holder and can guarantee that it last for years.
