The seller delayed sending me my items because of an error on his end and after finally sending them, well after the guaranteed delivery date, they were all wrong. I ordered 2 jackets and gave him the measurements and sent them wrong. Instead of him apologizing and trying to fix the issue, he argued with me how it isn't his fault. I was going to wear these to a wedding and can't do that now since he sent them so delayed and they are the incorrect sizes. He also wants me to pay to return to ship the items back to him, when the issue is his fault. He also asked for pictures of my ID and other personal information, when I have never been asked that before, with DHL or other international shipments. This is by far that most unprofessional and horrible experience I have ever had while purchasing something anything.
