the quality of the fabric is not great and the print looks much darker than the photo shows The communication with the supplier was slack

I ordered a dress to the UK that was tracked and delivered via DHL and expected the same with this order, that I bought for my daughter. The seller however sent this item with no tracking number. When the order was not delivered I was sent a tracking number for a bogus Dubai delivery company that said the item was ready for collection but gave no details of where. The seller has provided no support in locating the item apart from saying it is delivered even though the link they send clearly says it is not - but rather has to be collected. Frustrating experience! Beware that the shipment company used from India is not always guaranteed! Will not be buying again.
