4.5 out of 5 starsThe mug is super cute and looks exactly as pictured. I did experience a delay with shipping because the package was stuck in customs for weeks. However, Laura was very helpful with the process and contacted Royal Mail to figure out why the package had not been delivered. I will definitely order from here again.
