The manufacturing time of the product is 3 to 5 days. To minimize shipping costs, we have chosen to send by tracked letter (2 to 4 days delivery). Please note, this delivery method does not carry any guarantee. Any delivery error caused by the carrier cannot entitle you to a refund. Likewise, when the order is reshipped for lack of address, the reshipment costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your contact details once the order has been validated.

The comforter is made of fabric so, depending on your use, its lifespan may be limited. Double cotton gauze is a fragile fabric because it is made of natural fibers. We do not recommend machine washing which will damage your product; hand washing with simple soap is better.

Font #6 does not have any capital letters. If the choice of font is not stipulated when ordering, font no. 10 will be used by default.
The color of the first name is, by default, white. The size of the first name is by default 2cm in height.
