Each item varies so please pay close attention to any notes or size charts listed and order accordingly. We cannot offer refunds or returns on an order due to the wrong size being ordered.

All items are for text on only one side of the garment unless the listing states otherwise. Front and back text can be done for a fee. Please pay close attention to whether or not the item is embroidered, or heat press vinyl. The method cannot be interchangeable and must be discussed with us prior to placing the order if you want a different material used. An additional fee may apply. Some graphics/images are possible on specific items. Please message us first to see if it’s possible and if an additional fee will apply.

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that show as “delivered”. Please contact your local post office if your item shows as delivered but cannot be found. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered items due to postal carrier error or wrong address entry by buyer at checkout. Re-shipping fees will apply if we receive your package back to our facility due to wrong address entry at checkout.
