TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1. Leave QTY as 1 (ONE)
2. Select Digital File Only (if you want to print your own) OR the number of invitations you’d like PRINTED and shipped to you.
3. Include relevant event info in the ‘NOTE TO SELLER’ section during checkout. Please follow the sample layout as closely as possible and ensure your information is complete.
- Photo – any photos required for your invitation (if layout INCLUDES photo option) will need to be EMAILED to: sasha [!at] sunshineprintables.com once you purchase.
4. Within our stated turnaround (posted on main shop ‘Announcement’ section and updated regularly), a designer will email you digital proofs to your Etsy linked email (or other email if specified) for your review. You can request up to 3 additional edits if necessary in order to perfect your invitations, whether you’ve purchased a digital file or printed invitations.
5. ‘DIGITAL FILE ONLY’ option: Following your proof approval you will received final print-ready files in your choice:
- Single JPEG or PDF (no bleed)
- 1/8" or 1/4" Full Bleed File in JPEG or PDF (let us know if printing through an online printer, and which one)
- 2 UP – 2 cards per page (8.5"x11" or A4) in JPEG or PDF
- Other sizing or setup (please let us know IN ADVANCE - additional charges may apply, please convo if unsure)
If you're not sure of the file format you need, just let us know how/where you plan on printing and we can help you decide what will work best for you, for your best results.
FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS – once you approve:
- your prints will be professionally printed within 1-3 business days and then shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day (please note that the USPS does NOT guarantee it’s delivery standards). Tracking will be provided. We recommend leaving at least 7-10 business days between when you place a print order and when you need your printed invitations in hand. Once you approve your files for printing, NO ADDITIONAL CHANGES can be made except at your additional cost.
NOTE*: Glitter, foil or rustic kraft effects on certain designs are NOT REAL. They are high quality graphics and effects designed to print and LOOK like real glitter/foil or kraft. For designs with faux/digital glitter and foil, we recommend choosing GLOSS or SHIMMER cardstock for best results. For designs with faux kraft, we recommend MATTE cardstock.
