It's the best bracelet I found without spending more money than I wanted to. More importantly, it allows me to show support for my mom. I also wish we could pick the length; it's a little too big on me.

I have not received any communication from this customer. This particular bracelet is made with high quality satin cord and a sturdy bracelet bar, so I am not quite sure what the complaint is regarding. I always work hard to make sure all customers are pleased with their orders.

Such a wonderful human being to work with and purchase from and such a beautiful and meaningful bracelet to wear in honor of my teenage daughter diagnosed with systemic scleroderma. Makes a statement simply with elegance and brings much needed awareness to a very rare disease.
