Contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Once we receive the return and it's in sellable condition we will contact you and give you the choice to exchange your item(s) or get a refund.

In the case of an exchange, the buyer will pay the shipping costs for the new item(s).

In the case of a refund, we refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost.
For items purchased with free shipping, the true shipping cost (listed below) is still deducted from refunds in the case of a return.

All shipping is express post with tracking but there are some rare cases where delivery is delayed.
Our shipping times are a guide only, provided by the postal services, and are unfortunately beyond our control.

In the rare case that your order is delayed, we can make an investigation into your package through the postal company. For international orders, this can take 40-60 days.
If you still haven't received your order in 60 days, we will send out a replacement or refund your order in full.
Contact us directly if you have any issues and we will be more than happy to assist you.

If you contact us before the order is dispatched, we can change your address to the correct one for you.

If your order has already been shipped to the wrong/incomplete address, we will wait for the package to be returned to us before we can send it out again to the correct address.

The buyer will pay for re-shipping to send it the second time.

Re-shipping costs are as listed above.

In the unlikely case that your item is damaged or defective, we will refund the item in full (incl. shipping) or offer credit in our shop for the same value.
