I mean, the quality of the towels is ok, the monogram looks fine, although not as pictured, but ok, I guess. I was expecting at the very least to be packaged a little bit better. I even mentioned that it was a gift and added a gift message. They came in a clear bag, kinda tossed inside and wrinkled, no way ready to gift! No bow, or anything like the picture at all, so don't expect that! Good thing I had them delivered to me instead of the person I want to gift them to, because I had to iron them, yes... and repackage properly, add a bow and a gift bag, to look presentable so I won't embarrass myself. So keep that in mind when ordering. Communication with the seller was pretty generic, could be language..
