All items are different and can take anything from 1-3 weeks to dispatch. If you head over to the listing the description will tell you when the item will dispatch. You can also check the details on your invoice.

Tracking is only available when a tracking option has been purchased. If tracking has been ordered we will add this to your order once dispatched.

If you would like to return your item simply get in touch with us and we can send you over our return details. We cannot accept returns for personalised orders. The return postage will need to be paid for by the buyer. The original postage, where applicable, will not be refunded as the funds will have already been used to send the original item.

If we have made an error on your item please get in touch with us ASAP so we can try and resolve your problem. We are human and mistakes can happen. We will do everything we can do to help resolve your issue.
