Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis - except for Rush orders:
If you like to have your order processed super fast: choose shipping "Standard Shipping + Rush order". This means I will prioritize your order to be processed, made, wrapped and shipped out within 36 hours. Shipping is still standard shipping with regular First class mail. (no tracking)

We ship with reliable regular First class Priority Royal Swedish mail - no tracking available on these packages. If you are interested in Registered mail with tracking, this service can be added for an extra fee approx 15 USD - choose Shipping upgrade if available for this item.
When you purchase 3 or more items in one order your package may be upgraded to Registered mail for no extra cost. (This upgrading is Not valid to orders with a total value of less than USD50)

Please note that some orders may be upgraded to Registered mail for no extra cost (and you have to sign the order by person for delivery) - please let me know if this is of importance for you, or if you like to add some instructions for delivery, as I strive to make shipping safe and sound to you!!

Note: Sweden doesn't have mail service on Saturdays or Sundays.

SPECIAL DELIVERY:
If services such as REGISTERED mail - with tracking - is needed please contact me before purchase, or choose Shipping upgrade if available for this item.
Normally the cost for Registered mail will be from 15 USD.

Shipping to countries other than Europe can take more than 2 weeks to the US, and more than 3 weeks to Japan, Australia and Singapore. For this reason, I cannot consider international packages lost until at least one to two months has passed from the date of shipping. Sorry, but I can not speed up orders that have been shipped - shipping and shipping times is beyond my control since the package has left my studio!

♥Always contact via Convo for any further questions about an order that has not arrived. Almost all packages will arrive, please allow some more days for shipping, customs and any other conditions that may occur for the package on it's way! :)

We all love to be treated with that special something sometimes! If you would like to send your loved one or friend a GIFT, please mention this in your order and I will gladly ship to them directly with a special note included!

★CUSTOM FEES
Shipping costs do not include possible additional custom fees, taxes, duties etc.
As a buyer you are responsible for any fees and taxes that might occur.
For further informations about these costs - which are beyond my control - please enquire with your local authorities.

Taxes are included on orders placed in Sweden (moms) and within the rest of the European Union (25% Swedish sale Tax)

♥ TIPS FOR CARE AND STORING YOUR JEWELRY♥
All jewelry need special treatment, therefore handle with care and avoid water, shampoo and perfume.
The best way to store jewelry is to place each piece in a plastic bag to prevent oxidation. All metals will oxidate over time.
You may also safely store your jewels in a closed jewelry box. Crystals such as Swarovski© stones needs to be protected from direct sunlight when not wearing.
Be mindful of delicate pieces with intricate finish detail, which should be stored flat to prevent bent or broken connectors and scratched crystals.

★CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are always welcome! I love working together to make something special just for you.
Please note before I start on any custom project I require payment in advance (or at least a 50% deposit as most custom orders require the purchase of special materials) after agreement.
For custom orders the crafting and posting time frame is always adjusted and agreed beforehand.

Make sure you complete your payment within 3 days else the order will get canceled. If for some reason you are unable - please let me know.
