If the temperatures in your city for the next week are
55-40 degrees F, add Thermal Cool shield
for temperatures under 40 degrees F, add Thermal Cool Shield and a heat pack.

SHIPPING
All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling.

REFUND
If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery. Orders that qualify will either be refunded or replaced. Also, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from overall refund.
