Got 1 - 2 and fits my slender 18 month old. They aren't tight, but a little loose so they push down without help.

Well made. Good quality. As described. My 6 year old daughter loves them. Much more comfortable than store bought underwear. Great customer service! I had to change my shipping address because I chose the wrong one by mistake. She changed it without a problem. My only complaint is that the rainbow undies had an elastic waistband instead of the fabric ones the others had. They weren’t comfortable for my daughter and left marks.
