Ring sizing is hard to pin down because 100s of factors affect your fingers! Fluctuations over time (even day to day) are perfectly normal. Plus, all designers use unique production techniques. Is your pants size the same regardless of fit or designer? :)
We do not use a bridal size scale. If visiting a jeweler, ask them for your US Fashion Ring Size. Wedding bands tends to fit on the snug side.
A quarter size step (.25) is a very small increment and may not be a noticable change for some styles.

For Rings over 3mm in width (Wide Bands, Wraparounds, Shield, Interlocking etc.) we recommend SIZING UP by a quarter - half size from your US Fashion Ring Size.

Our Rings fit best if they aren’t too tight. They’re meant to move on your finger easily, providing comfort and durability, espcially when stacked together. If you are creating your own stacking ring set for one finger, we recommend sizing up around 1/4 - 1/2 size for a comfortable fit. Leave a note at checkout if you prefer a mix of sizes to be worn on different fingers.

Ring sets of 5+ are automatically sized up by a quarter size to ensure they fit true to the size you order. Ex. If you order a set of 5 rings in size 7, each individual ring will be size 7.25.

Items in their original condition may be returned within 2 WEEKS of the delivery date. You can reorder the right size/item for you and send the original back for a refund of the merchandise cost. Tracking, secure packaging and a complete return form are required.

FEES: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additional fees may apply for late returns, jewelry not in its original condition, insufficient postage or repeated returns. Shipping costs, gift wrap and other upgrades/fees are non-refundable.

Some of our pieces, like the ULTRA THIN (it's all in the name) and BEAD RINGS are delicate so we recommend removing them before working out, working with your hands or engaging in any activity that puts repetitive strain on your rings. We also recommend selecting a size that can be worn very comfortably. If your rings are too snug it can put excess stress on the metal.
There is strength in numbers! Wearing more than one stacking ring will disperse pressure, making them more durable. Hammering metal helps to strengthen it. Therefore, our smooth pieces will be slightly more delicate than their hammered counterparts. Most of our designs can be made in a thicker metal. Let us know if you would prefer a more durable option for your new ring!

All metal jewelry requires occasional maintenance and cleaning due to a build up of every day dirt and oils. Any household gold or silver jewelry cleaner will wipe the dirt off and restore shine after normal wear. We sell a polishing cloth here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1050786108/
To prevent severe tarnish, we recommend keeping metal jewelry away from chlorine, household cleaners and water with a high mineral content (hard water). We recommend thoroughly drying your rings after washing your hands or exposing the jewelry to water of any kind. Some lotions, hair products and other topical products can cause chemical reactions in metal, causing it to discolor at a faster rate. If you experience a negative reaction, discontinue wear.

The small section of pale gold/silver on the ring is the solder mark, which is the point where we connect the two ends of the metal to create a ring. Unfortunately there isn’t a perfect color match for 14K Rose Gold, so we use a 10K Gold solder (which is generally considered to be the best match in color to 14K Rose Gold). This mark will not spread and does not mean the ring is changing color.

This mark will be most evident on smooth metals and on larger pieces (Wide Bands, Smooth Extra Thick Rings, etc.). We do our best to make the solder mark as tiny and discrete as possible, but if you prefer to avoid a solder mark all together, we have many pieces available in Solid 14K Gold or .925 Sterling Silver.

Stretch out your hand, tuck your thumb underneath your palm and squeeze your hand together to make it as small as possible. (You are essentially mimicking how you would put on a bangle) Then, take a ruler and measure the length straight across the widest part of your hand (usually straight across your knuckles). This will allow you to measure the smallest bangle diameter that will fit over your hand.

14K Gold Fill metal consists of an external layer of 14K Gold over a brass core and is generally considered to be one of the best alternatives to pure gold, both in longevity and durability. Gold Fill provides the look and feel of real gold without the high cost and is much more durable than the cheaper “gold-plated” metal (which is what most faux-gold jewelry is made of). Gold-fill can retain its exterior gold shell for years with regular care.

All of our jewelry is NICKEL FREE.

The 14K Gold Fill that we use does have a slightly rosy or tawny hue to it compared to higher karat golds. This slight rosy hue does tend to become more yellow with wear but may not be a perfect match if you are trying to match a piece from a different designer.

The standard shipping cost for international orders covers USPS First Class Mail International, a service that usually takes 2-14 weeks for delivery. This is the least expensive and slowest option available. Insure your order at checkout for additional security. Tracking information may not continue to update regularly after the package has left the US. No International delivery dates can be guaranteed.
There may be additional taxes or fees due before you can pick up your package. These fees vary dramatically and we cannot predict them ahead of shipping. Please contact your local post office for more details. We cannot undervalue or misrepresent the contents of an order to avoid customs fees.
