Before starting, please check out the images - you can find the robe color chart, size chart, and glitter color chart.
First, select the robe size and design option/placement you would like from the "Robe Size" and "Personalization" drop down menus. Then, copy and paste the below information (numbers 1-4) into the "Add Your Personalization" area and provide the details for EACH item ordered.

❤ Wording/Text - these can include a name, Quinceañera, Mis Quince Años, Sweet 16, Queen, and more!
❤ When ordering personalization on both front and back - Please specify where you would like your personalization. Example:
On Front: Kelly (* * *max character limit for the front is 6* * *)
On Back: Quinceañera
❤ We can also personalize the back of your robe on 2 lines. If you want to put your text on two lines, please lay it out it as follows:
Princess
Rachel

We can only fit 10 character max per line on back (including space between)

❤ When ordering multiple items - After you place your first order, add that item to your cart. Then, once you are in your cart, click on the image of the item you ordered to go back to the same listing. Or, click on the "Keep Shopping" button in the top right corner to return to our store. Then, place your second robe order in the same manner.

Standard Production: Everything is made when ordered. Please allow a minimum production time of 3 business days for all orders before shipment. We are more than happy to rush your order and can accommodate so at your request. Please send us a convo in advance; otherwise your order will ship within the mentioned time frame of 3-5 business days. Standard ground shipping may take up to 3-5 business days depending on your location. If your event is less than two weeks away, we strongly encourage you to purchase upgraded shipping via air, which is a guaranteed service.
