• I offer free ring sizing for every order but shipping charges will be on the customer side. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

• Ring size can be changed with a maximum two size difference (ex. 5US to 5.5US or 6US). If you want to change more than that contact me.

• Please contact me if you want to change a ring size of full eternity band or ¾ eternity band as there is a possibility of change in diamond pieces.

• Safety: All orders will come in an elegant jewelry box to ensure your rings safety as it travels to you. The reality is that shippers can be quite rough with packages which is why I’ve picked the perfect box ensuring that ring will not be able to move around and will stay in place until it reaches to you.

• Wrapping: The packaging consists of a high-quality ring box and decorated with a bow.

• I usually give worldwide free shipping through standard shipping agencies. (i.e. USPS or EMS in the USA)

• For express shipping, I prefer FedEx, UPS, DHL worldwide. (It may cost extra charge)

• If you purchase more than two items, I can combine only 2 items in each parcel. For more items I need to ship in separate parcel due to customs interruptions.

• If you purchase from the listed items, It will ship within 3-4 working days.

• If you’re ordering a customized design, it may take 1-2 weeks and for that, you need to contact me.

• I accept payments only through PayPal, its good for your safety & protection. but if you want to give a direct bank transfer please contact me.

• In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from me is not received in good condition or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered please message me immediately.

• Buyer is only responsible for return shipping cost and custom or import taxes that may apply. But In some cases, I provide you return charge, for further please contact me before ship item back.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is only responsible for any loss in value.

• If I agreed for a refund, I will refund the amount as per confirmation after getting the parcel on my hand. If I found any damage or issue in the returned product, the buyer is only responsible for the loss of any value.

• All items can be returned for exchange prior to 7 days from the delivery date without any extra charges if you found any manufacturing defect or received an item that you had not to order.

• Please send me images of an item, pack the items in the original box and please confirm with me before shipping the parcel.

• If I’m decided to repair the product then as soon, I get the package, I will fix it as fast as possible and ship back to you again.

• Once I receive the return parcel, it will be inspected to ensure the returned items are in its original condition and not damaged. If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately.

• All our products are covered by a lifetime warranty against any manufacturer's defect.

• The warranty applies from the date the customer receives the goods for the first time.

• Warranty of mount jewelry piece covers against all defects in material or workmanship.

• If I found that another jeweler performed any repair work on an item purchased from My Store without my permission, I will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the return becomes null and void.
