How long did it take to get your ring after placing an order?

Item made to order, 15-20 business days before shipping, it takes 2-4 days to arrive once the ring is shipped via UPS / DHL Express. Contact us if you need the ring in urgent.

Custom and personalised orders

We offer complimentary resizing for all of the rings you purchase within one year. After one year, we will only charge reasonable labour cost for resizing. While there are not restrictions on resizing, f you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend you to visit a Diamond Expert at your nearest jewelry store to have your ring size measured.

What if I need to return my ring?

Returns & exchanges accepted within 7 days after the parcel is arrived. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
