Digital patterns can only be refunded if they have not been downloaded. Please contact me for a refund before downloading your purchase. Once a pattern has been downloaded, it cannot be refunded and your refund request will be denied. This is in agreement with EU law in relation to digital purchases.

In small quantities (no large companies or corporations), and with crediting Hooks & Canvas as the pattern designer, yes. You may not resell or exchange the pattern itself, but you may sell the final product. If you post an image of your final product, you can use can tag @hooksandcanvas and I will be happy to share your image.

You will have access to your digital pattern as soon as your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email from Etsy once your payment has gone through. This email will contain a link to view your digital downloads. You can also find your digital downloads by logging into your account on a browser (not the app) and going to 'purchases and reviews'. The link to download the file will appear here. Please contact me through etsy messaging if you have any issues finding or accessing your purchase.

If you have any questions or queries with a pattern, please contact me either on Etsy messaging or by email (hooksandcanvas@gmail.com). I will respond within 24 hours. Please explain your issue, provide the round number or section you are stuck on, and provide a photo of the issue if you can or if you think it will help. All patterns are thoroughly tested before they are listed, and an experience level is provided in the item description. My patterns are generally intermediate level, but if you have purchased as a beginner and are struggling, I am more than happy to help - feel free to reach out at any stage!
