5 out of 5 starsIt was better than I thought it would be. You can tell from all angles that the text and image are in 3D. They are closer to translucent than opaque which gives the crystal a natural look. It catches the light beautifully which is enhanced by the bevelled edges and has a solid weight to it. International shipping was a lot faster and easier than expected. I would definitely buy again.

Can you turn my 2D photo into a 3D photo?
Yes, we can turn your 2D photo into a 3D Photo. Our highly skilled designers use the latest software and laser technology to convert 2D images into 3D images. We only need your photo and we will do the rest.
What should be the recommended size of your photo?
We accept most photos but avoid dark and blurry photos. Higher quality would be better to use. All sizes are mentioned in the photo gallery of the product. If you are having a problem uploading the photo, you can contact us via email: 3dcrystalsonus@gmail.com or +1 (647) 917-0436.
Does it come with an LED light base? If not, what size stand would I need for the different-sized crystals?
No, crystals don’t come with an LED light base. The light base is sold separately here on our Etsy Store. We offer a different light base that fits all of our crystals.
What size should I order? I want one with 2 kids and 2 cats in it, is that possible?
Yes, this is possible. If you look at the size chart that we have mentioned, the recommended figure inside the crystal shape in that picture, You will easily find which crystal will fit your picture.
How many people can engrave into the crystal?
Depending on the size of crystal you order, we can engrave between 1 and 12 people or pets.
What are the Figures?
Figures (people, animals, and inanimate objects) are the total number of faces present in a picture. We provide some faces free in each crystal, but if your photo includes any extra face(figure), $10 will be charged for each face.
Example: Let suppose you choose a medium-size crystal in which only two faces are free, and your photo includes the three faces. In this case, you get charged $10 for the extra face.
How much is shipping?
We always prefer that our customers get their order between 1-7 days and we offer free shipping on all orders.
Does it come in a gift box?
Yes, it comes in a premium gift box that has an embossed emblem identifying that you have purchased authentic and original. Beware of imitators. There are many out there!
What if there is an error will you fix it?
Of Course! We want you to LOVE your 3D Crystal. If there is an objective defect from the manufacturer we will fix it.
