I received my earrings when I was out of town, as soon as I got home I couldn't wait to get to the post office. I am so in love with the earring BB custom made for me, they are absolutely gorgeous!!! BB such a pleasure to work with, she asked me very detail questions concerning how I wanted the earring to look, if I wanted a shorter/longer chain for the crystal to dangle, if I wanted any chain at all, etc. BB kept in touch with me throughout my entire order process up till the day it shipped, gave me a tracking number, excepted days to check tracking, and sent package with a signature delivery which I LOVED since I was out of town. The packaging of my earrings was beautiful,with a pretty thank you card!
