In this time of electronic communication, there is something so special about opening the mailbox and finding a hand-addressed envelope with your name on it. Someone took the time to select just the right card, write a note, address the envelope, stamp it, and drop it in the mail. I love this form of "old-fashioned" correspondence.
I also love birds --watching them, identifying them, and painting them. These two loves led me to create collections of bird note cards and open an Etsy Shop to share them. I hope you like my birds, and will be inspired to send "tweets" to your peeps. And by all means, feel free to use more than 140 characters!
