Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. All templates work on the free Notion plan. You only need a free Notion account (notion.so).
How do I get my template after purchase?
Right after checkout, open Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account and download the PDF. It has your private template link: open it, click "Duplicate" (top right), and the template copies into your Notion workspace.
Can I customise the template?
Yes. Once duplicated it's yours: rename pages, change colours and icons, add or remove properties and build new views.
Does it work on phone and tablet?
Yes. Notion syncs across desktop, web, iOS and Android. For the first setup we recommend a computer, as duplicating and customising is easier on a bigger screen.
Can I share the template with my team or clients?
You can share your own duplicated workspace with your team in Notion. Each purchase is a licence for one person or business. Please don't resell or publicly share the template link.
The link isn't working. What should I do?
Message us on Etsy with your order number. We'll fix it or send a new link, usually within 24 hours. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.
