    Thank you Akmal am so happy with the doll my little Medina loves it if ordering to Canada please take in mind the Canadian customs takes very long to process items took about 3 months to receive

    The seller shipped my package and claimed it came back to her but she did not address the package correctly she put like 5B Street so they are;t sure if it is a apartment and they don;t realize it is 5 B Street and i offered to type on word large clear addresses i would send to her so she could print it out. But she never answered my concerns. she is talented but she needs to work with her customers more.

    I did not receive any payment for this large order and have explained to her. But this buyer insisted on a discount and a refund. This review is baseless as I have not posted anything out to her. I have reported this issue many times to Etsy but it was handled poorly by them.
