● Once your order is placed, I will start correspondence via the ETSY INBOX system, or CONVO, within 24 hours
● I will send SCREEN SHOTS (proofs) of the design so that TOGETHER we can work on turning your VISION into reality. There is no limit as to how many proofs will be sent
● Production time begins upon proof approval, NOT the time of payment
●Production time varies depending on season, but you can expect shipping to be within 10 days of start
● Please keep all correspondence within the ETSY INBOX system, rather than direct email so that we both may access the information easier.

Anything stitched together is done on aViking sewing machine
