Thank you for visiting our shop, please be aware that plants need to acclimate to changes in its environment.
Please check the weather to decide if it’s an appropriate time to ship to your area. We require heat packs (listed for $7.00,) and recommend to hold off shipping if temperatures are to cold.

If the temperature in your area or mine is below 50 degrees, we recommend a heat pack. If your area is going to be extremely cold, then you need two heat packs. If you do not want to include heat pack during cold weather, then you will take full responsibility if your plant goes into shock.

Please read our entire item description thoroughly to ensure that your order gets delivered to you safely. We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as weather permits. You should be aware we will not be responsible for shipping stress experienced by plants.
DURING SHIPPING A YELLOWING DISCOLORATION COULD OCCUR TO DUE TO STRESS. NEW GROWTH WILL FOLLOW!

Each plant is unique you might not receive the exact plant in the photo but you will receive one as similar as possible.or it may be longer than the plant on the picture do to growing under our care after taking the original pictures 🌿

We (seller) are not liable if plant gets damage by elongated delivery times, lost in transit or mishandling of package by USPS I urge all buyers to immediately open their packages and inspect for any damages, as well as photograph your plant upon arrival in any condition. I greatly appreciate contact about the condition of the plant upon arrival, and should there be any preventable damage or distress, photos will provide evidence as such. If you notice any issues, I ask to please send photos as soon after delivery as possible.

If your plant arrives and the box has obvious damage from mishandling, please photograph the box from multiple angles before opening. Once the plant is out of my hands, I cannot be responsible for damages incurred by shipping or handling. However, with proper evidence and documentation I am more than happy to file or assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for any qualifying damages!

Due to the nature of shipping live plants, I cannot accept returns without proper evidence of fault on my behalf, i.e., poor packaging. I take extra caution when packaging plants to ensure that all risk aspects of shipping are considered and accounted for to best prevent any unnecessary damages.

We (seller) carefully package each plant with the utmost care. Some plants stems are fragile and can possibly break during transit. Please understand things may happen beyond the sellers control during the transit.

Please check your address before check out. We are not responsible for package if you give us your incorrect shipping address.

GENERAL CARE GUIDE is included in the package. It is the buyers responsibility to do research on how to properly take care of the plant that you are buying.
