If for any reason you have trouble opening your file or if your cutter doesn’t “see” the file, contact me and I will do my best to help you resolve the issue. I have found that some files do not open in certain machines and you may need to either upgrade your software or use a different file type. Check compatibility BEFORE you purchase.

If the file appears corrupted, try downloading it again. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, let me know so I can send you another file. Computers can sometimes drive a person crazy lol.
