1. Your personal information
We receive your postal address and your name when ordering from La Fougère Boutique via Etsy. This data is used to create a delivery label with our carrier Bpost. This data is recorded on our personal profile of the Bpost platform. You can at any time, ask us to delete this data by simple Etsy message or by mail at lafougereboutique@gmail.com

We use your postal address or your email address only to prepare the shipment of your order. Coordinates are saved for ease of future orders. They are kept for a maximum of 4 years. Bpost does not have access to these coordinates.

You may be asked to provide other contact information for express delivery or collection point. This information will then be added to the Bpost or DHL delivery note.

2. I collect your information:

- To provide you with my services, for example when I use your information to process your order, resolve a dispute or provide customer service;
