Delivery

The shipping fees are offered.
Your jewelry will be shipped within one working days following your cleared payment to your Etsy Address in a bag in organza and protective packaging. Please make sure you are aware of your country's tax policies and customs fees before making your purchase. Le Riche Attirail will not be held responsible for any customs fees or duties you may incure.

I want to offer you the best possible experience in my shop.
I also aim to be transparent with you about the use and sharing of the personal data I collect as part of the sale of my creations.
My privacy policy takes into account the EU General Data Protection Regulation (also known as "GDPR") which reinforces transparency requirements from 25 May 2018.

DATA COLLECTED
To make a sale, I have to collect certain personal data about you myself.
I collect this data by asking you for it directly or because it is on the Etsy site.
These data are as follows:
- identity data that includes first name, last name, username on Etsy. If you interact with me via social media, your username on it may be part of it;
- contact data which includes billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone numbers;
- the history of your purchases in my shop and our message exchanges, to personalize my relationship with each of my customers.

I do not have access to any other data about my customers.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA
I only use your personal data in accordance with the law in the following cases:
- in order to perform the contract that I have or that I will sign with you. When you buy one of my products, it is a contract;
- to meet any legal or regulatory obligations. For example, for the keeping of my sales records in accordance with tax law.

SHARING PERSONAL DATA
I am required to share your personal data myself with the third parties necessary to ship your purchases in my shop. I use the services of the German Post (Deutsch Post). This service provider is obliged to comply with the GDPR itself.

DATA RETENTION
I keep your personal data for the time necessary to implement what it was collected for. This includes legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
According to the law, for tax purposes, I must keep the basic information about my customers, i.e. identity and contact data, for six years from each transaction.

- The right to be informed: I have the obligation to inform you of how I use your personal data, which I do in this privacy policy;

- The right to rectification: the right to ask me to rectify personal data concerning you that is incomplete or inaccurate;
- The right to erasure, also known as the "right to be forgotten": in some cases, you can ask me to delete the personal data I have about you, unless there is a legal reason that obliges me to keep it;
- The right to data portability: you have the right to ask me for a copy of your personal data in a common format, for example a PDF;
- The right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, for example, by prohibiting me from processing your data for direct marketing purposes.
