I am shipping via registered air mail (it takes 1-3 weeks in Europe and 2-6 weeks rest of the world), it has tracking number and must be signed upon delivery. It's relatively cheap delivery but sometimes can be slow.
If you want faster delivery or receive order for a certain date (especially if it's within few weeks frame) please choose DHL express in checkout and your order will be delivered in 2-3 working days (depending on location) after the order is prepared.

To fully enjoy your jewelry purchase you must realize that fashion (costume) jewelry is not meant to last a lifetime. Materials I use for my creations are those for simple costume jewelry, not precious metals. So it needs needs your attention if you want it to last as long as possible.
Here are few basic suggestions how to take care of your jewelry:

* Daily use is the main cause of wearing out jewelry - if you want to wear it everyday and never take it off, costume jewelry is not for you and you should consider silver or gold pieces that do not wear off
* Don't wear it while swimming in the pool/sea, under the shower, while sleeping or working out (your wet skin influence the metals)
* Keep it away from water, lotion, perfume, or other harsh chemicals
* When not wearing it, do not keep it together with other pieces as it will tangle with them, best is to keep it separately - use a box/bag I've included in your package, or keep it in the jewelry box organizer
* Do not keep it in the direct sunlight, all the jewelry should be kept in a closed jewelry box
* Clean your jewelry after taking it off with the dry cloth provided - do not use soap/water/silver cleaner!
* Do not throw it, toss it, pull it or try to fix it by yourself if you don't have the tools needed
