-We are a husband and wife team running Northwood Supply out of our garage. Everything is made to order and because of this, production time is 3 weeks (up to 4 weeks for carved panels as they are hand carved, not CNC) Keep this in mind when ordering please! Once shipped however, it will only take a couple of days to arrive (unless located outside of US). We appreciate your patience very much and hope you enjoy your handmade items!
-Please insure your address is updated BEFORE ordering - we are not responsible for packages lost due to the wrong address given
-No custom orders, we apologize. We are too busy with what we already make to take any customs on. Signs come as shown only.
-We do NOT accept returns or exchanges past 24 hours after ordering, as everything is made to order. We have enough info on the listings that you are able to make an informed purchase. Please message me with any questions you may have before ordering, I'm always here to help the best I can!
- Natural wood is used so grain and knots are common and will differ in our frames.
-If you are local and would like to pick up rather than have it be shipped, please use the code LOCALPICKUP and we can arrange something when your purchase is ready! US orders are always shipped priority through FedEx and USPS. Duties likely charged outside of US and CA, this is out of our control. Tracking is sent to me within 1-3 business days and that gets forwarded to you in email. It updates past ‘label created’ at the US border.
