**ALL BRACELETS ARE STAINLESS STEEL UNLESS NOTED. Be sure when you are comparing pricing of items with other shops to note that bracelets that are stainless steel will cost a bit more.
Stainless steel bangles are made from stainless steel and will never tarnish. It is durable and will not be flexible to adjust the size. *It will expand to open but go right back to its original shape. All necklaces are either Stainless Steel or Silver Plated and will be stated in each listing.
PLEASE NOTE: Stamping is on **FRONT SIDE only. We cannot stamp on the back of any piece. It will show through to the other side, ruining any stamping on the front.
"The back of the disc has slight scratches"... Yes, the back of the discs may have slight scratches, because your hand stamped item is hammered with a steel stamp, on a steel block. **All personalized jewelry is a final sale.

**We are happy to replace lost charms/initials within 6 months from date of purchase.** Buyer pays shipping.

Please note that once a package has been dropped at the post office, it is up to USPS to deliver in a timely manner. ❤️Please be patient. Tracking is consistently not being updated for many days at a time. This does not mean your package is lost, only that USPS is backed up and information delayed.
