What file format and size will I receive?
You will receive a high-resolution, 300 DPI image file. All of our seamless patterns are formatted as a 12x12 inch tile (which equals 3600x3600 pixels). This size is the industry standard for digital patterns. We provide our files in PNG format because it prevents compression artifacts and ensures the highest possible quality for your printing and design needs. PNG files also allow for a transparent background if you want to modify your file.
Can I use these patterns for commercial projects or my small business?
Yes. You can use our patterns on end products for sale, such as fabric, wallpaper, or print-on-demand (POD) merchandise. The only thing you can't do is offer these files for re-sale in their digital format.
How do I download my digital files after purchasing?
Because these are instant digital downloads, no physical items will be shipped to you. Immediately after your purchase is complete, Etsy will automatically send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by logging into Etsy, going to "Purchases and reviews," and clicking the "Download Files" button next to your order. (Note: Digital files cannot be downloaded via the Etsy mobile app; please use a standard web browser).
What is your refund policy?
Because digital files are non-returnable, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you run into any technical issues or need support with your file, please reach out to us so we can help.
Are these patterns truly seamless?
Yes! Every single pattern in the shop is designed to tile perfectly in all directions. You will not find any awkward chopped motifs, color shifts, or visible seams when you repeat the design.
How do I access my files?
Please make sure you are logged into Etsy using a web browser. The mobile app doesn't support downloads.
1. Log into your Etsy account
2. Click the "You" in top part of screen
3. Scroll and click "Purchases and reviews"
4. Find your purchase and click "Download Files"
5. Click "Download"
6. Find your file(s) in your "download" folder on your device
Can I get my files in a different file format?
Unfortunately no. We offer PNG due to its lossless quality. That means the file retains 100% of its original quality, ensuring your patterns stay perfectly crisp and never become fuzzy or blurry. You can generally save files to other formats relatively easily on both Windows and Apple operating systems.
Can I resize my image to change how large or small the pattern is?
Yes. As long as you resize proportionally, you can scale your image as big or small as you need.
