Namaste Sandeep ji, As discussed, we checked this with our supplier, this is a rare case of the protective plastic film receiving more than the required heat which resulted in peeling off of the texture of the border while removing the film. We apologize for the experience, and we have taken measures to make sure this does not repeat again. We have also offered to compensate you for this experience.
