I ordered an adorable gift for my sister from this shop a few years ago and she adored it, in fact it still sits front and center in her house! A puppy got ahold of the top piece and it was a goner. I contacted ThePoshPearShop literally 2 years later and she quickly responded, found my order, remade the item and shipped it in time for Christmas, right at the end of the season when it was crunch time already. This was above and beyond customer service, and it did not go unnoticed! Adorable products, phenomenal communication and customer service!
