Is this really embroidered, or is it printed?
Really embroidered. The design is stitched into the fabric with thread — you can feel the texture with your fingers. We don't print anything.
When will my order arrive?
Each sweatshirt is embroidered after you order it, so production takes a few business days before it ships. Shipping time depends on your address — the estimated delivery date at checkout is accurate.
What size should I order?
It's a unisex crewneck with a classic relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or want the oversized look, size up. Full measurements are in the size chart photo.
Can I get this name or colour if I don't see it listed?
Message us. We add new names regularly and can often make one for you.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. We don't accept returns for change of mind, but a mistake on our side is our problem to fix, not yours.
