Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to take custom requests! Just write to us with your thoughts and needs and we'll be pleased to get back to you.
To avoid disappointment, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the piece to be prepared. The process of making ceramic creatures takes a lot of time!
If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please make a note of the address at the checkout. We'll make sure the piece is gift wrapped nicely and we'll be happy to attach a note with the message of your choice.
Please, do not hesitate to contact us with wholesale enquiries.
Refunds
If we have to do a refund, will be refunded the product price. Shipping costs always has a shipment document signed and stamped by the post office that ensures that the packet has been sent. Upgrade shipping option has also a tracking number. Therefore shipping costs are not refundable.
