What do I get?
Instant digital files, depending on the template: a Google Sheets link (inside a short PDF guide), an Excel file (.xlsx), a printable PDF or a Canva template link. Each listing shows exactly which files are included before you buy.
Do I need special software?
No. A free Google account is enough for Google Sheets templates, Excel templates open in Microsoft Excel, and printables open in any PDF reader. Each listing tells you which one you need.
How do I open my template?
Right after payment, go to Etsy > You > Purchases and download your files (easiest on a computer the first time). For Google Sheets, open the PDF guide and click the link: it creates your own private copy in your Google Drive.
Is it an Excel file?
Many of our spreadsheets come with both an Excel (.xlsx) file and a Google Sheets version; a few are made for one of them only. It's written in the title and in the listing, so you know before you buy.
Can I edit the template?
Yes, it's your copy. Rename the categories, add rows, change the amounts: the formulas do the math for you. The guide shows which cells to fill in.
Will anything be shipped?
No, it's a digital download, nothing is sent by post. Your files are available right after payment, and you can print the PDF versions at home or at a print shop.
Can I share or resell the files?
Your purchase is for your own use (personal, or inside your own business for business templates). Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files. If a friend likes it, they can get their own copy in the shop.
Do you accept returns?
Digital files can't be returned once downloaded. But if something doesn't work or isn't clear, send me a message: I'll help you or fix it quickly.
