I started roasting coffee roughly 9 years ago. It was a tribute to my brother who became ill and declined. Through several conversations with him about memories, and loving life, I started with the original concept of Biebs Bros Coffee. That was, of course, not available. Then I moved the idea to biebs2java. The logo, was a vision I had in my head of the capital B, with two icon images in it. The two images are representative of my Cherokee heritage, and making the word Wa-do, "thank you". This carries on in my mind as it has for years, that life is a gift. Family is a gift. And to have a brother that I looked up to, was a gift. And in life, we need to really look at what we have and where we are going, and know that life is very short. The number two I have in the logo is red, for half a heart. While my brother is gone, there is not a day goes by that I do not think about him. I know one day, in life and after, I will see him again. SYOTOS.
