Hello everyone!
My name is Jannet, I'm 33 years old and I'm from Portugal. I began this project in 2009 but only open my shop here seriously in 2013.
All my items are handcrafted by me with so much love. Each piece is enriched with small details, appropriated to the person that will receive it.
Linen and love are my trademark. Paper and fabric are my favorite materials.

All "jannetbyjannet®" accessories are handmade so there is always a great care during production. However, if any product arrives defective, just contact me, within 3 calendar days after receipt your order.
In these cases, the responsibility of shipping the default items will be taken by me.
If there's another piece of the same item in stock, it will be sent with no additional cost. If there are no more identical pieces in stock, the money will be refunded, including shipping, ONLY by Paypal transfer.

I ship from Portugal, Europe, to any country in the world via registered airmail by default. Shipping cost include the package (bubble envelope), the postage and the tracking number. Every item is carefully packaged and protected!
