The owner of this shop is beyond amazing. I ordered the brown owl sweater but when it arrived, the print was a little off so I messaged the owner to ask to exchange it for a tee with the same print of a lesser price (since the sweater seemed no longer available) and I'd pay shipping both ways and she could keep the balance. She apologized and said she'd send the tee and said not to worry about the shipping/handling or sending the sweater back... well she surprised me. She sent not only the blue tee but also a new brown sweater. I was speechless. Best customer service all around on Etsy. Period. Beautiful design, comfortable clothing (do order a size up as other reviewers reccomend), and a lasting print (already been through the wash a couple times with no fade at all). Thank you!!
