All horrible beach/shore puns aside, if there's one thing I'm passionate it about, it is the beach and art.

Who is exit-6?
Every day, I get a little closer to figuring that out. I started this project after I finally decided to showcase my work, and possibly even start to sell it to the masses (and by masses, I mean local craft fairs, lol).

Hi, I’m Tara Esposito, and I’m a designer and artist from the Jersey shore. I work full-time for the most amazing people on the planet (NJEA). When I’m not in the office, I’m actively seeking out my next freelance project and working with even more talented individuals to give their ideas life.

And finally, when I’m not working at all, I can be found by the lake, (not working, but still) working on my next big idea. Which, in this case, was the idea to expand my art past the office and magazine and into something that just feels more ~me~.

So the name Exit-6, is more than just a name. The parkway has become a numbered visual journal of memories. For almost every exit, there is something awesome there that has made me who I am today. The real exit 6 is a wonderful little beach getaway, and it means a great deal to me.

So, what’s in a name? I can’t speak for everyone, but in this name there is passion, love and a little bit of flair. My work closely mirrors the beach, the shore, and all of it’s calming goodness.
