Can I edit the designs of the file?
No. No items may be modified or edited and they are for personal use only.
Can I share or resell my files purchased from you?
No. All items purchased are for personal use only and all materials are copyrighted by syncode.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. Because the files are sent immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Please review all items carefully before placing your order.
Despite not being able to offer refunds, please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the files so that I can help you troubleshoot as soon as possible. I am happy to email the files to you if there are problems with the Etsy download system.
Where can I download the files?
Following your purchase, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a link directly to your download. Additionally, you can go to the 'Purchases' page on your Etsy account where you will find your purchased files, and a link to your download there.
If checking out as a guest, the files will need to be downloaded via the link in the email receipt. Again, if there are any problems downloading, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
Do you take custom orders?
At the moment I am not accepting custom orders, but I am open to ideas for both digital planners and printable files! :) I will make an announcement in the future if I open up custom orders.
