☉ How do I track my order? 
Inbound Shipping (India)
Takes about 10-14 days to be made and delivered.
Outbound Shipping (Out of India)
Takes about 2-3 weeks.
We will promptly share the tracking details
when the shipment is dispatched,
so you can check the progress
in case of “sheer curiosity”
 

☉ Where are your merchandise manufactured? 
All art prints (paper & canvas) are printed on a
Professional 12 Color Printer from Japan.
Paper & Canvas is locally sourced & printed in India.
The Tapestries are on Satin fabric produced
& printed in India.
Our apparels are polyester fabric -
produced from recycled plastic bottles,
printed in India.


☉ How are your clothes made? 
All fabrics merchandise are produced on demand.
When we receive your order it straight gets synced in with the printer to be printed to be cut & stitched.
As soon as the QC (Quality Check) is done we make a pre-shipment inspection. Once the shipment has passed the checks it heads straight to the shipping department where it is packed & dispatched for final delivery.

☉ How do I wash and care for my clothes? 
For all fabrics we suggest washing in cold water, inside out, tumbled, low dry or air dried.
Never use hot water or an iron, it could damage the fabric of the merchandise.


☉ What if I want to cancel my order?
All Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of Ordering.
Cancellations made after 24hr of Ordering will
be subjected to a 15% Cancelation Fee.
