We ship twice a day, Monday to Sunday, in order to fulfill our promise to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore, please keep in mind that in almost all cases we cannot cancel your order anymore, often even when you reach out to us within an hour after ordering. We are quicker than light & we know from feedback that our customers value us for it! If the package is already out for shipment, we cannot cancel it anymore but you will still have the option to return it. Please send us a message so we can help you.

Therefore, please keep in mind that in almost all cases we cannot change the address of your order anymore, often even when you reach out to us within an hour after ordering.

In case you wish for an address change, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can look for a solution together.

All of our kits include the necessary equipment, botanical ingredients, and recipes to create your own type of drink, based on your own preferences. The alcohol base you have to buy yourself. Our recommendations:

- DO YOUR GIN: "Absolut Vodka" forms a good neutral base. A "Three Sixty" with a light note of lemon and vanilla could be a bit more adventurous, and a "Finlandia" would be good for a stronger gin.
- DO YOUR WHISKEY: use an unaged whiskey, such as a white whiskey, a white dog, or a moonshine as a base.
- DO YOUR RUM: use a white, un-aged rum like "Saint James Rum". The restrained, light flavor profile allows the mixed spices and fruits to stand out better.
- DO YOUR VODKA: choose your favorite vodka!

Please note that we cannot change your order once it is placed. We can however cancel your order (as long as it has not yet been shipped out) which will give you a full refund in 3 - 5 business days. This way you can just order the right product straight away. Please contact us so we can check if we can still cancel it for you.

We do not offer gift wrapping or gift notes with our kits. The boxes are packed with colorful sleeves around them. If you want to surprise someone and add a message for the receiver, we would advise you to send you a card separately via a postal service.

Don't worry, we got you. Please send us a message and we will see if it is an active discount code, so we can refund it to you.

We aim to deliver within 3 - 5 business days. Please note that during peak periods like Christmas when our volumes are higher it might take a little bit longer, for which we hope for your understanding.

If you were not at home to receive your package at the moment of delivery, or your tracking link says it is delivered without you having received it, we kindly ask you to check in and around your house, with your neighbor's house or at a nearby post office. If you still cannot find your package, please send us a message so we can help you with a solution.

We’re very sorry if this happened to you! Please send us a message including your order number and pictures of the damaged / incomplete / defective goods so that we can forward it to our internal quality management. Subsequently we will arrange a replacement for you.

You can make use of your right of withdrawal. Please send us a message so we can guide you through the steps to take for returning your order.

Please note that we do not bear the shipping costs for returns. This is in consideration of the environment. Also, make sure that you send your return back to us with a tracking number. This way we can also track your return and it is guaranteed that it will arrive back at our warehouse.
