Gift wrapping and packaging

Apologies, but because the final products are shipped out by my manufacturing partner, gift wrapping, special notes and packaging are unavailable at this time with the exception of ornaments and jewelry.

Custom and personalized orders

We love and welcome custom orders! If you have a non-trademarked/copyright saying or image you want on a mug, t-shirt, shot glass or any of our other products - just contact us and we'll work out a design. Custom designs are free of charge! Just let us know what you would like in the "notes to seller" section - and I will send you a draft design AFTER you place your order. Customization with edits waiting for your approval and/or making more than one edit will delay the processing time of your order. NOTE: Mugs are printed on both sides. You can have a different phrase or photo for each side. Shirts can be printed on the back or front or both. The more text you add, the tinier the design will be.

Mugs and shot glasses are dishwasher and microwave safe. Pillow cases are machine wash and dry. New insulated tumblers are hand wash only. Designs are sublimation printed and permanent and won't wash off. Tee Shirts are made and printed in the USA. Drinkables are manufactured in China, shipped as blanks to the USA. We purchase these blanks and then we print them with our designs using a technical sublimation and powder coat print process. All items are shipped to you from the USA using DHL, USPS or UPS postal services.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Turnaround time for production is 5-14 days unless a listing specifies otherwise. We try to ship faster but count on the full time to be safe. Add Shipping time to your order. regular season / holidays: white mugs - 5 / 14 days black mugs - 10 / 15 days travel mugs, shot glasses - 10 / 15 days clothing - 10 / 15 days jewelry - 10 / 15 days Regular shipping is USUALLY 6-8 business days, Priority upgrade option is 3 days- but it does NOT speed up production time. We cannot promise any delivery service by the USPS- they are their own entity. Shipping delays due to volume, quarantine or any other issues are beyond our control. We will not refund an order if an item does not arrive on an "expected due date".

Breakage During Shipment

Products are packaged quite securely to prevent breakage during shipping. But as we all know, accidents do happen and there may be times when something breaks anyway. If this happens to you, please provide pictures and we'll be glad to replace your item.

Shipping and Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is out of my production partner's hands. I can't guarantee when it will get there. I recommend that if you have an event or date you need your item by, that you order at least 3 weeks prior. Regular shipping is a combination of DHL e-commerce which will take your package most of the way until it arrives at your local post office for final deliver. This means that USPS tracking is only updated the very last few days of the shipping process. Returns and Cancellations

All items are made to order so we do not accept returns or cancellations as they are made to your specs soon after you order it. If you enter a wrong address on your order and it is returned to our warehouse I will not send the item again for free. If there is any mistake on our part with your order, we will ALWAYS fix it for you - you will be sent a replacement with the correct mug free of charge or whatever will be needed to make you happy with your purchase. I do require photos of damaged or defective items. We would love everything to have a happy ending but sometimes mistakes are made - just connect with us. Please, always contact us first if you have any issues with your order and give us a chance to make it right for you.

When you place an order, you will see a NOTE SECTION in the order - this is the place to provide us with any additional information you would like us to have regarding your order. Provide us with the details of the Custom Order you would like - the font style - the text you'd like or include a photo for printing on an item.

Can you enclose a gift note with my order?

Gift notes may be included ONLY with orders for CAMP MUGS and ORNAMENTS. All other items cannot have gift notes enclosed due to the tightly packed styrofoam shipping container- there just is no room for any additional materials. We do NOT add price information in any of the packaging.

We make all items to order - so please allow 5-7 business days for production prior to your product being shipped. Items leave the facility by the “ship date” listed on your invoice. Remember that USPS shipping is slower during the Holidays so order early. Most will be finished and shipped sooner, however, I ask that you keep in mind the production time when making your purchase.
