Custom and personalized orders

1. Only 2 custom orders will be accepted at a time. If you ask for a custom order and I already have 2 in progress, you will be notified and have the option to be put on a wait list. 2. All custom orders require a deposit fee. Fee will vary depending on the item requested. Work on your project will not begin until the deposit fee has been received. 3. The deposit fee can be waived if you choose to purchase your own supplies (yarn, pom pom) for the custom order. Your only charges will be for labor as you are buying the supplies. You will be guided through purchasing necessary items. 4. Please message me to discuss if you are wanting a custom made item. A listing for your deposit fee will be added after we touch base.

Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times North America: 5-7 business days I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Cleaning Instructions for all items To clean it, hand wash only in cool water with mild soap if needed. Do not twist to get water out, pat excess water with a towel. Lay flat to dry. Spot cleaning with mild soap and water is also an option. Again, make sure that the spot cleaned area is pat dry with a towel and laid flat to dry. For hats with removable pom poms, see other FAQ. Please message me with any questions.

Hats with Pom Poms A pom pom is a fun little extra added to your hat. Unless specifically requested, all my pom poms are made to be removed before washing. It’s easy to do and prolongs the life of your pom. Simply turn the hat inside out. You will see that the pom pom strings have been attached to a button and tied into a bow. Untie the bow and set aside the pom pom and button. After your product has been washed and dried (see Care Instructions FAQ), you can reattach the pom pom by threading the pom pom strings through the small hole on the top of the hat (where they came out of) and reattaching with the button. Retie the bow and that’s it.

Unless otherwise specified in item details, most items fit multiple sizes. Adult hats are suitable for most wearers. If you have a question about the size of a specific item, please message me.

Yes! If I have extra pom poms available, they will be posted as a shop item. Simply select that listing and choose the pom pom you want for you item. All pom poms are stocked in limited quantities (1-2 poms at a time). Pom Pom selections will be changing periodically. If I am out of pom poms, there will not be a listing. Note: if you selected a ponytail hat or a hat that already has a pom pom or topper, I will not be able to add a pom pom. Ponytail hats are specifically designed with a hole in the top for your ponytail to go thru. Hats with existing toppers are part of a kit. Please message me with any questions.
