All items are shipped within 1-3 business days from Finland. I use Posti as a courier for every parcel unless specified otherwise.

Please take notice that international parcels might experience some delays due to customs and slow postal services. If you are ordering as a gift (for example Christmas or birthdays) make sure to do it early to ensure that the parcel will be delivered on time.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time please contact me.

Tracking is not available on orders with economy or priority shipping and needs to be bought seperately. Upgrading to tracked shipping is recommended If your order is high value.

Orders to non-EU countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway and so on) always include a customs note that can be tracked only up until the parcel has left Finland. After that point, no updates are provided. Please let me know if you would like to receive this code as a proof of shipment. EU countries do not include this code.

Please contact me if you are interested in upgrading your parcel to tracked shipping.

Your parcel is shipped to the delivery address on your Etsy order. Please verify your address is complete and correct before you purchase.

Orders shipped to the wrong address can not be delivered and therefore are not refunded if undelivered.

If you notice your address being incorrect after placing your order please contact me as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days from delivery to ship your item back. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Personalized and customized items can not be returned.

Please note that buyer is responsible for all fees and shipping costs during the return process.

Your order will not be replaced if your parcel was returned to me if:

⚬ You provided incorrect or missing delivery address details

⚬ You did not claim your parcel after a delivery attempt

⚬ You refused the parcel during a delivery attempt

⚬ You did not pay local duties or customs fees

If the parcel is returned back I will contact the buyer and notify them of this.
Buyer can choose if they would like to reship the order (additional fees may apply) or get a refund minus the shipping fees or any loss in value.

If your order has not arrived and is therefore undelivered, please contact me as soon as possible for a solution.

If your item arrived broken or defective you are eligible for a partial / full refund or a replacement. Please note that you are required to send photo or video proof of the damage depending on the situation.

I package the items so they wouldn't be damaged during delivery, but sometimes unfortunate accidents happen. In case of any damage make sure to contact me for a solution.

If you are interested in custom orders, whether it's for jewelry, photocards, mystery boxes, or any other items from my shop, don't hesitate to reach out to me! You can request custom jewelry in a specific style, create unique mystery boxes by combining multiple groups, or even have your own designs printed onto photocards, and much more! Unfortunately at the moment, HallyuStar does not provide the option for local pickups for Etsy orders.

However, if there are ongoing KPOP Café Events in partnership with HallyuStar, you can arrange for a pickup at the designated location by sending me a message. Please keep in mind that you must present a receipt or other form of proof of purchase when collecting your order.

HallyuStar often collaborates with local K-pop cafe events in Finland, providing the opportunity to acquire exclusive items directly at the designated venue.

Some products may only be exclusively available at these venues and not sold online on Etsy. Additionally, special freebies and promotions are provided during these events for each attendee.
