once the template is opened in Microsoft Word,

✔ change font size
✔ change font color
✔ change font style
✔ move, align or delete text boxes

☛ you cannot:
✖ change graphics
✖ change the color of the circle on the tag
✖ change the size of the base
✖ change the size of the tag
